At Ranger Station, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance experience. If a scent doesn't resonate with you, we offer returns or exchanges on all full-sized products within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes to ensure they are protected during transit, including any promotional materials.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
